Consultation & personalized plan. Your first visit is consultation only. We listen to your goals, review your health history and prior treatments, assess your needs, and discuss appropriate options and realistic expectations.

Treatment. If you are a suitable candidate, we schedule a separate appointment. When you are ready, care is provided by the appropriate member of the Evolution team, with your plan and aftercare explained.

Follow-up & refinement. We reassess your progress, discuss your response, and make thoughtful adjustments to your ongoing care plan when needed.

What can Botox soften?
BOTOX® Cosmetic temporarily improves moderate to severe forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet in adults. Your provider will assess your facial movement and recommend appropriate areas.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit is consultation only. We discuss your goals, review your health history, and assess appropriate options. Treatment is not performed at this appointment. If you are a candidate, we develop a personalized plan and schedule a separate treatment visit.
How much does treatment cost?
Your total cost depends on the product, recommended dose, and personalized treatment plan. We’ll review your options and pricing during your consultation so you understand the cost before treatment.
How many units will I need?
Your provider determines the dose after assessing the treatment areas, muscle activity, previous treatment, and your goals. An online estimate cannot replace that assessment. You will review the recommended plan and cost before moving forward.
When will I see results?
For upper-face lines, BOTOX® Cosmetic may begin working in 1–2 days, with full results in 30 days and effects lasting up to four months. Timing varies. Your provider will explain when to assess your response.
Is there downtime or discomfort?
Injections can cause discomfort, bruising, or swelling. Other risks include headache and eyelid or brow drooping. Ask about preparation, activity restrictions, and aftercare. Seek urgent medical help for trouble breathing, swallowing, or speaking after treatment. Your provider will review the full safety information.
Is Botox right for everyone?
No. Your provider must review your medical history, medications, allergies, and previous injections. Discuss pregnancy, breastfeeding, muscle or nerve conditions, and any swallowing or breathing problems. Treatment is not appropriate with certain allergies or an infection at the planned injection site.
Are Botox and Dysport the same?
They are different botulinum toxin products. Their dosing units are not interchangeable. Your provider will explain the recommended product, your personalized treatment plan, and product-specific pricing during your consultation.
